I lead the technical side at TechInsects, and still write most of the code myself.
Day to day that means Laravel backends, SaaS architecture, and code reviews. I've been full-stack since the start, mostly PHP and Vue, and picked up React Native and Flutter when client projects called for it. My degree is in Information Security from NUST, so I think about auth and data isolation more than most backend developers do.
